Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you have received a damaged or defective product or does not match the description. All you need to do is write to us on refund@collectors-outlet.com describing the issue supported by proper images/videos within 32 Hours of receiving the product. We will make sure that your queries are resolved as soon as possible.

However, the return is not valid:

  1. If the customer fails to email us within 32 hours, the reason for which he/she is asking for return.
  2. In case of misuse, accidental damage, water damage or any abuse of the purchased product.
  3. If the product is mishandled/damaged by the customer.
  4. If the customer has changed his/her mind to keep the product. In this case, the customer should be able to decide whether to buy this product before submitting the order. Once the order is submitted, there is legally binding on the customer to buy products mentioned in that order.

By submitting the order, it is legally binding that the customer has made this conscious decision of buying from us after reviewing all other suppliers’ proposals. Thus, any claim by the customer of the high price after order submission will be void.

Refunds (if applicable)

To ensure your refund, please use trackable mail service. We will not be responsible for any missing or lost packages. Such shipping cost for returning item will be solely borne by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 30 days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  1. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  3. Several items which are flammable, hazardous, sensitive, fragile may be exempted from the refund. We do not guarantee refunds on such products.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at refund@collectors-outlet.com

Cancellation of Orders

Orders once placed which are already processed and /or shipped cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel the order BEFORE processing the order, cancellation fee of 20% will be charged to the customer to cover our restocking cost and transaction charges applied by the credit card company.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We currently do not offer exchanges yet. We’ll update Our Exchange Policy here if we offer exchange service.

Shipping

To return your product, you will require an email authorization from us where you will receive a return ID no. In the absence of return ID no., we will not be able to initiate your returns/refund. To get your return ID you’ll need to send us an email with the product images/videos within 32 hours of receiving the product & we’ll email you within 12/15 hours with return ID along with our warehouse mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
